5 days ago, i got my first piercing and according to my piercer, i was not allowed to eat chicken, beef and eggs for a week, i thought it was easy to follw, but not. It was very dificult for me to stop eating those food in a period of time. So since then, i have been stuggling with eating things, i have to eat healthy food but still have to avoid chicken, beef and eggs.. I just dont know what to eat so i eat just a little each day. But still, i gained weigh, after reading the scale, i felt so upset, depressed, stress, unfair and i lose all my hope in my progress. Therefore yesterday and today, i eat like a monster, like the world is going to explode tomorrow, eat like to revenge the world. So i gained 1,2 kgs. This result not suprise me. I will face the truth, support myself and get myself back on track tomorrow. I will not give up!!!!
And excuse me for my poor english :(
