i dont understand. I go bicycling and do pilates everyday, i drink lots of water, reduce fat, carbs and sugar. But why my weight is increasing when it supposed to decrease. Feel so frustrated.

i decided to skip my bicycling workout today, i feel so tired my legs are hurt :( i guest because i was pushed myself too hard and work out too much yesterday :(
