So, I made lunch and portion seemed huge! I couldn't eat it all and I was disappointed I couldn't finish it. I'm really full, but I really wanted to eat more. I don't know if I made too much past, but I really look at portions and made sure to stay within it. Maybe it was because I cooked the salad int he sauce (it bulks it up without adding calories... or not very many). I feel very full, but there was about 1/4 of the pasta left! I wish I wasn't diappointed I didn;t finish my plate. I should be proud I stopped before getting so full I feel sick.
Tomorrow I weigh in. I just want to hold steady.

For the past few day I have been terrible about eatting. I also haven't done any exercise and I have just fallen off the wagon hard. I need to get back on track. I just weighed myself and I had again of 2 pounds, but I do my weighs ins on Friday so I ahve until then to see if I can at least loose two pounds (in two days!?!) and hold steady. I got cocky after my last weigh in and have been letting stress get to me really bad. If I get stressed I eat. I know exerciseing helps me to relieve stress, but I haven't been doing it. I need to do better if I actually want to loose this hast 50 pounds.

I stayed within my calories, but it is clear I need to add some fruits and veggies! Today is my exercise day off. I'm enjoying it, but I kinda want to run, but I have company.

I didn't do as badly as I thought I had. I ate 6 cookies, because I made cookies today with my oldest daughter. She only ate one cookie. It's crazy I won't let her eat 6 cookies, never, but me I just shovel them in sometimes. I figure each cookie was about 75-100 calories and just tried to find an amount that match that and it was 4 oz. That is still a lot of cookies. I have an anxiety problem, where I worry about the stomach flu, but if I eat I don't feel sick to my stomach so I just eat. The more stress I feel the more anxious I feel and I more I eat, so I'm a stress eatter who takes the long route. Luckily, we also went swimming with the girls so that helped burn off some calories. I will just have to start doing better.

I lost 3 lbs in 3 days! I know part of that is from my orginal weigh in was in the afternoon, but I usually weigh in the mornings. You save a pound or two by weighing in the morning, but heey, a loss is a loss! I'm happy!
