Well this is it. I finally feel motivated, and I have done the math. I needto loose 2.16 lbs a week to make it to my goal by my birthday. This begins the 25 week count down! 54 lbs in 25 weeks is very do-able, but I need to do it and this is the time. I will start recoridng what I eat and start running and crunching and lifting light weights. It should only be a small amount of time five days a week and then I will be there. I need to do this for me and for my girls. I need to get healthy and now is the time!

Here is the deal, I gained 2 lbs, but I had lost foru from being sick and now that I am better I gained some back, but at least I didn't gain it all back. I am going start recording everything I eat so that I won't be tempted to ignore all the calories I have been eatting and get myself back on track to reach my goal of 180 by May 28th!

Now, I lost 4 pounds, but this was a triumph of illness not will power. I have been sick for 3 days, terrible cold maybe even the flu, and haven't wanted to eat too much. Now if I maintain and loose next week that will be big.

At first I wasn't going to record my food today, I'm sick, so is my 3 year old.. oddly my baby is not sick. She is good. I guess she is lucky. Anyway, as soon I decided to not record my food I started going nuts with eating I knew I need to record it and see if I can salvage the day's calories and... I CAN! I can have soup for dinner and a light snack and stick with water and be in my recommended calories. I am glad I decided to record this so I can keep myself in check and really start pulling this together. If I don't do it now, I won't do it. I need to stick it outr and maybe do a light jog because I didn't yesterday since that is when I got sick. I can do this, I just need to start doing it.

So I ate Halloween candy pretty hard yesterday, but I took a bold step... I got rid ot it. The problem is I was eating my daughter's candy, so I put her candy in baggies and thre away everythign else that would be left after Sunday and everything else went away. This was big, I saw I having a problem and got the stuff away so I can't eat it. That is progress, too bad I didn't do that a lot sooner. Today I need to make sure I exercise and that will help and just know that I mess up one day and keep on track teh rest of week and still loose weight. I can do it!
