Hi everyone!!! My name is Mie and I live in Melbourne with my Fiance.I have been struggling with weight since my childhood. I was overweight when i was 14~15, i had 174lbs in my life. As a teenager i wanted to go out with friends, wanted to be attractive, wanted to wear nice dress ( even still i cant wear shorts sleeves and short skirts due to my stretch marks and big muscles but I do hope one day i can wear). Those are the consequences of eating too much. I did not blame for my parents especially to my Mom who loves me so much and did not control my obsess of eating. Boys followed to my best friend, wanted to hang out with her,not me. I felt a bit sad and really bad for my overweight body. I started on diet and I became loose weight in six month but my skin like elastic due to lack of exercise. I am not the active type who loves doing exercise. I am a lazy person, I just want to listen music, lay down in bed and read the book. Now I am trying my best to do exercise, and I notice that my body become masculine. I hope I can keep on motivate myself for doing exercise. One little secret in my mind is I do not want to have baby due to scare of baby weight. :(

Experience weight gain during period
I signed up fat secret since 2010 as long as I could recall.

I have been on and off with this page, and this is the only online diet journal I have used so far. I love it.

Whenever my weight hits the roof, I start dealing with panic attack and back to my journal. Smile. Here I am in 2019, as soon as my weight hit 57kg, time to shake it off before going out of the hand.

I have been trying my best to follow exercises and healthy diet routines, but have noticed gaining 1 to 2kg during my period.
It should go away right after the period but not for me. I have to work extra hard to shed this bonus period weight. Sad

Well! Being a woman is not easy in every aspect of daily life. But it is ok. I have to move on.

Thanks for the replies girls. It motivates me a lot. I remembered how much I struggled to loose those extra 20kg and gained my confident back. I could not exercise due to my C-section.

It will be difficult for me to limit 1200 calories per day but I have to try. Lost 18kg in 4 months is a bit of a shock to me. Smile and also admired.Well done. Smile

Breast feeding
I think 500 calories per day for breast feeding if you can breastfeed normally. I read it somewhere long time ago.

For me, I dont have much breast milk even thought I am breast feeding , so I used to count less than that.

Hi there!!
I am 7 weeks pregnant and expecting my second baby on May 2015. I gained 20kg with my first pregnancy and was difficult to go back to my normal body weight and it took me a year.
I dont want to face this situation again and want to follow the healthy meal plan this time.
If anyone who is same like me, I am happy to share my experiences.

Has Anyone Else Had Trouble Losing Weight Even Though They Are Sticking To Their Diet?
I have same problem. No more loosing even i m sticking with diet and exercise. I dont know the reason as my menstrual cycle getting closer or due to my body become immune to diet and exercise?

I just read through the journals and i found something making me more depress. I burnt 400 kcal for my 8 hrs sleeping and I found someone burnt 1500kcal for 8 hrs sleeping. Can someone explain to me why ? Sad
