well i havent been exactly following the rules im not cheating but im jsut not eating all the meals and all that stuff....but i am trying to eat at least a meal once a day and some snacks ughhh i neeed more time in my life....good luck everyone...

well i need to get back on track im not cheating just not eating the way im supposed to..i am soo stressed lately and i still am loosing super duper slowly but i will get focused soon i just need to get rid of all my stress...and i need to start going to the gym its easier said then done..ugh...fml

im following the diet you know low carb but i just cant eat as much so i have been skipping meals and stuff not a lot of veggies...im all over the place..wish me luck im still loosing weight just not as fast as i should be...
