i feel like im doing everything right and im not getting anywhere...my fiance tells me to just wait and the weight will come off but i havent lost a pound in 9 days...what the hell is up with that...im super discouraged...but im not gonna do anything bad i jsut want to see some kind of reuslt someone please give me some advice ....or somthing strict to only eat so i can get back to loosing weight..

Ok so i signed up and got my gym membership today...and i worked out for almost 2 hours wow i didnt think i could stay on the treadmill longer then 15 minutes but i was on there for 1 hour but 30 min each time...wow it felt great to work out next time im gonna get in the pool..hopefully that will really add to my workout...

Ughhh i woke up 8 this morning and we are getting this horrible snowstorm/blizzard i live in michigan...so i made me some eggs and chorizo...with onion....yummm but i ate then i went back to bed...and just woke up around 12 soo that wasnt too productive...dont have any intentions off going outside today i cant believe we are getting this much snow...well i weighed myself this morning and guess what im still stuck at my same 268 weight soo no loss. but its ok ....i had this dream when i fell back asleep..i was standing on the scales and i was with a freind and my fiance richard....the scale brought up 136..i was completely astonished and i woke up and weighed myself and still im at 268..lol..but im gonna take that dream as a sign that i should stay on this diet for ever and just keep up the good work cuz i know that im doing good even tho im not loosing soo i definantly had the best dream ever....lol....does anyone else ever have those kinds of dreams??this is the first one for me..

ok i just set up my food schudule for tomarrow and i think that i have added enough calories and enough fat and i think that i should be good on foor but i deffinantly have to go and get some bacon in the morning i just ran out this morning and with my headache i had i just didnt want to go anywhere...so in the a.m i will go and grab sum bacon...because we all know thats a huge part...going to bed for the night.. good luck everyone...

hello everyone,
i woke up today with a horrible headache around 10:30 i got up and still went straight to the kitchen and made me some bacon and eggs...i didnt want to eat but i didnt want to thro myself off an eating schudule...Plus around 3 p.m i started my period so i was wondering when im on my period will i still loose weight or could that be what has slowed me down the past couple days??? my headache is just now starting to go away and its almost 6 so thank goodness today was my day off i never would of made it at work with this headache....But when im on myperiod i stay super bloated and i have horrible cramps so im kinda hoping this is one of the reason i havent lost any weight the past 3 days.....please someone give me their opinion or is it a proven fact that you cant drop weight while your on your monthly???
