well eggs and chorizo for breafkeast then i didnt eat any thing i ate 2 turkey burgers for dinner and just now i ate sum veggies tomatoes brocili and celery...yumm...now im having water with lemons...hmmm i know its not the best but i had a busy day had to work and everything and have to work all weekend but i did go to the store to get salad stuff soo i will start back up eating salad i know i have been slacking horribly on that...soo everyone reading this tell me what are yall doing this weekend??

Hello all well when i woke up this morning i weighed in and last night i weighed in and i was at 270 boohoo but this morning i was back down to 267 woohooo...soo i think that im on track i hope so and today im going to the gym later..so im excited to see what tomarrow brings me...im gonna record my food diary for the day..

ok well i just went a finally baught a plastic measureing tape so i came home and took my mesurments i know that even know i havent lost weight lately i have lost inches soo now i can keep track of them..lol...here are my measurments...the measurements are all in inches....

well on friday the scale did drop down to 267.8 one time then it went right back up soo i was hopefull for a scond but its back at 268.2which that is good cuz it has been between 269 and 270 fluctuating back and forth so i was happy to see the 268.2 im gonna start eating alot of veggies today and im staying away from the atkins snack bars...soo im excited to see what the next couple days will bring..was gonna go to the gym today but we got more snow overnight so im prolly not driving anywhere..
