Wow even eating more than I thought I should wasn't too much. I ate a ton of bread and other wheat. Oh well tomorrow will be a day of cleaning walking up and down stairs and lots of movement!

I'm disappointed i am still at 212 after my hard work and careful calories in. One day I guess could be enough to ruin a whole week.😞 won't quit I will be working hard today and hopefully I see that difference by tomorrow

211.4 feeling amazing I am so excited to be doing so well I need more fruits and veggies today yesterday I ate well below my allotted calories but my choices were horrible. I have not been hungry this week its weird because it is THE week of TOM but hey I won't complain 😊
