So my kids decided to make snacks foods all day. I love that they are old enough to look at ingredients and check for things I think its good to know when your young how to read labels and what things are. They are talking about how to make our snacks better.😊 I am staying on track I woke up this morning with a headache from not enough water yesterday, I cleaned a really dirty gross house I was afraid to put my hands near my head and to have food or drink there no way. Anyway I weighed myself this morning 212.8 I am excited to see this working. I know part of it is the fact that a lot of high calorie junk foods are full of wheat and I love them so not eating them is a huge plus

I made cinnamon rolls for the family this morning and stuck with my own plan very proud of myself I weighed myself this morning 214lbs I'm going to record it I hate when it shows an up in my weight

I can't wait I'm going to weigh myself in the morning and deal with it if its up but then next Saturday I'm hoping for some movement on my scale. I'm hoping for 3 pounds I know its a huge weekly loss

Feeling tired and sore today I feel a headache coming on I need to start drinking some water. From what I hear I'm going to feel worse before I start to feel better. I'm hoping water will help flush out faster. I'm excited for lunch last night I found all kinds of good looking food to try.
