I am going to cut down my wheat intake if anyone has ideas other than the norm let me know. I have been eating normal foods but not ever over eating any my weight just isn't changing. I have changed things up and eaten more or less it doesn't seem to matter. Please feel free to give me any advice you might have thanks in advance

I did some exercise bike yesterday but added some stretching and a little bit of kettlebell(very little) and I almost couldn't get out of bed my arms and core are painful....😃 good painful I can't wait to do more toning its almost like a constant reminder to work out

So I have been dieting for a while now not losing anything. I have been working out 3-5 times a week for 30 min. Thinking that I have been staying under my calories but.... I really need to measure things and try some different foods and approaches. I have coffee some mornings and have been eyeballing the creamer which makes me cringe when I think I spend 70 calories drinking coffee, nope probably double that. I measured it this morning and was horrified at how little two tablespoon of creamer looks in my coffee. Also I have been eating way to many crabs and the fat in my food seems to be a lot. I will have to check out how much I should be having.

Ok so I have been horrible and when I have to weigh I'm sure it will show. Bad food choices and little exercise but my friends are doing good and give me the motivation to try harder so here I go.😃
