Wow I'm so sore!
I remember when benching 100 pounds was nothing. Now I'm struggling to get that third set in at just a measly 40 pounds. I don't wanna be weak anymore.
I used to be super strong. I've never been a slim sized person, but I've been muscular. I don't want to be a size 0 or anything crazy. I want my strength. I want to be able to take those ten mile hikes again and not have my legs get tired. I want to be able to move the furniture around in my house without my arms shaking and trembling. I want to be able to carry more than ten bags of groceries in from my car and not feel like I'm dying half-way there.
It's so incredible how much these seizures and sickness have taken from me, but I intend to take it back. Little by little, no matter how long it takes or how difficult it is.

I'm so disappointed. I got really sick again, fell off the bandwagon, and now I'm even heavier than I was before. But I've decided that instead of moping and being depressed I'm going to kick my behind back into shape.
Like my Grampa used to say, "Either shut up and do something about it or just shut up about it. Complaining does nothing and it gets you nowhere. The only way you accomplish anything is by doing it."

Boy has it been a hectic week. And unfortunately, I've had three seizures this week. :( I think it's stress and lack of sleep. I'm driving nearly four hours a day for work now and I'm not eating as good as I should be. The place we're working is a huge campus and it's a good half mile hike from my car to the trailers we're working out of. So at least I'm getting my cardio!
I'm kind of disheartened about the seizures, but I guess we all have up and down weeks. I really wish my doctors and I could pinpoint why I was having them. I feel like I've gone through every test in the world at this point. Ah well, maybe one day.
On another note, who's ready for Christmas?! I'm going to be doing some of my shopping this weekend and making a list of things I'll need for next weekend. I'm throwing my very first Christmas party at my house!
