Been doing pretty good. We went camping for my birthday this past weekend and that was really fun. I've had two seizures in the past month and a half, which, going from one to two every day/every other day, is a vast improvement. I'm feeling much better and slowly but surely I'm recovering. Just gotta keep pushing.

Today I'm performing an experiment. I want to see the difference between my eating healthy versus eating horribly and introducing Monster to my system again.
So far the most noticeable difference is energy level. When I drink my green smoothie in the morning, I have energy well past lunch time. But I'm starting to have a crash from the Monster and I'm really not liking it at all. Plus I'm losing a lot of my focus and everything.
Also, my stomach isn't upset, but I'm definitely hungrier than I normally am. I'm sure I'll get the acid tummy here in a little bit though.
In conclusion-
Healthy Eating: 1
Bad Eating: 0

Wow I'm so sore!
I remember when benching 100 pounds was nothing. Now I'm struggling to get that third set in at just a measly 40 pounds. I don't wanna be weak anymore.
I used to be super strong. I've never been a slim sized person, but I've been muscular. I don't want to be a size 0 or anything crazy. I want my strength. I want to be able to take those ten mile hikes again and not have my legs get tired. I want to be able to move the furniture around in my house without my arms shaking and trembling. I want to be able to carry more than ten bags of groceries in from my car and not feel like I'm dying half-way there.
It's so incredible how much these seizures and sickness have taken from me, but I intend to take it back. Little by little, no matter how long it takes or how difficult it is.
