Need to tweet my WW points. I usually use up all my weekly points on the weekend. Think I will try not using them this week. Plus will start walking every day and see if next week loss is better. This is way too slow.....

Slowly coming down. Gee, when I was young I was able to lose much faster than this, however I tell myself that perhaps its best slow so my skin doesn't sag as much. At least that is what I have heard/read. Can't wait to see the 70's! Perhaps next week.

Have been very careful to make my meals with the foundation to be free point foods and then adding foods with points as an extra. For example: Dinner would be grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast with 2 cups of steamed broccoli and would add a tsp of butter (2pt) and sprinkle with 1/4 ounce of grated Parmesan(1 pt) for a total of 3. Satifies my hunger and taste buds. Dessert is SF Jello with sugar free fruit cocktail. YUM!
Maybe I can do this after all :)
