I am excited I am down 10lbs the first time I have been there in a very long time I cannot even remember. I am at my 2 weeks on Souhtbeach and am getting fearful of adding any carbs. I have also lost 11 inches total off my chest, waist and hips the most off my chest which is very exciting.......

I actually started a week ago at 215 so the 208 is over a week ago not just since I started here...
One more week to go and I can start to add some more stuff....

I am new to this site and have been on the diet for a week. It looks really interesting and lots of good ideas. I am over 50 so any women with over 50 problems love to hear from you! PS how can I get that yummy chocholate cheesecake! Thanks Marilyn
