too many beverages again!, but new job means getting there planned by bike but haven't got it yet so am having to walk at least an hour a day, hopefully will have better result next week.

Have reduced calorie intake due to me probably not being active enough. Hopefully try to stick to it a bit better.

just found prosecco to be a good few calories better than normal white wine,
but must attempt a fast day tommorow.

What a dreadful end to the day, toast,twiglets,french fries, fake baileys? awful. need a couple of fast days. need to get rid of the tuesday wine again, then i wont pig.
