Before and After, anyone?
Hi Guys,

I found out about this awesome site because I got an android phone and being pretty geeky I downloaded as many free apps as I could. One of them was the fatsecret app.
While I never considered myself fat, I wasn't as healthy as I could be as I was eating way too many kilojoules. Here's what happened in 3 weeks just by changing what I ate.
I began body weight calisthenics after the first week

NB: Using black and white highlights the changes more. In colour you can't tell much difference Smile

You don't need to lose any more weight!
Maybe people are just trying to be nice. What they don't realize is that we are all here to IMPROVE ourselves. Whether that be by losing weight, eating healthier, increasing muscle. To that end we must continually strive for improvement as I know that personally, I find it to easy to fall off the wagon.
