Thus far, I have found this site/tool extremely helpful. I am more conscious of what I'm doing (eating-wise and activity-wise) on a daily basis. My new goal is to burn 4,000 calories a day. Based upon my current level of activity (which doesn't appear to be much from an exercise standpoint), making a small change to a moderate level of exercise daily for 30-45 minutes will get me to my mini-goal. If I achieve that, I should easily hit my overall weight-loss goal by the time I turn 42!
