well its a few hours later, I got some good advice from people here on FS & feel better. I had to run to the store to pick up a few things & while I was there I found some low cal bread & baked chips & bought them & made luch at home instead of going to subway on the way home.I'm
kind of proud of myself, I shaved 100 cals by doing that.
I guess I have to plan my days better & will work on that. now I just have to learn to get my lazy self off of the couch. (which is my comfort zone)

well tomorrow is my 1st weigh in and I'm not really happ as I think I GAINED 4/5 LBS! I know I'm new & this is going to be a very big struggle for me but damn, I have to make this work! I know what I need to do but DONT! and I dont know why? do I not think that highly of myself or did I just not hit rock bottom as they say. something has to give.

feeling pretty good so far. I guess I'll wait untill I get home, I'm a big snacker & when I get board watch out. my night seems to be going well, I would like to see it go a little faster.

here I go again. I'm 50 tomorrow & feeling a little sorry for myself as I feel its a big deal to turn 50 & nobody else does. maybe I'm making a big deal out this but just for once I would like to be the one celebrated instead of celebrating for someone else. I need to loose weight & get healthy for me no one else its now or never!
