I am feeling great today. It is interesting to me that very few people have noticed my weight loss, and still I don't care. Typically for me if no one noticed I would give up. This time is different. I have more energy and am overall feeling good about me. I am noticing the change and that is all that really counts anyway. I feel more and more every day that food has lost its control over my life. I now control my life. That is a nice feeling! :D

Well, I am holding at 293... I am not thrilled with this but am happy that I have not gone back up any. I spent the weekend out of town with friends and did not follow my eating or exercise routine. I am fine with that though it was a welcomed break from my routine. Anyway, tomorrow I will be back on track...

Okay, so I have been doing pretty good with my diet/lifestyle change over the last couple of days, but have not been doing my exercising. I haven't lost any pounds but I have lost a couple of inches. I just going to keep chugging along...I think I can, I think I can...till one day I will look back and say I knew I could, I knew I could! In the past, when trying to lose weight I would get a self defeating attitude and give up. I have vowed to myself and God that I will NOT give up this time. Life is too precious and I am worth it!!!
