Incidental Exercise
I thought it would be fun to write a post about those activities that would be considered as "incidental exercise".

For example, at work I like to get of my backside and go and speak to someone instead of call them or email them. Another one (which always makes me laugh) is at work, nobody understands why I go to the bathroom situated on the other side of the building when I need to go. Laughing Laughing

I am sure it all helps!

Need motivation
I had a terrible week last week but that’s that. Cant change the past! When start to lose track and feel down, the first thing I do when I wake up is say my thanks for being alive, having beautiful family, and a happy home (well most of the time).

Sharon - I promise you if you can get back to the gym for the first time, and then another it will be enough to get you over your comfort zone and back on track. Why dont you share your journal and we can see how your going and help you along? Idea

Juice Fast – One day a week
I found out a more details about the one day juice fast. You take the fast from dinner to until dinner (or sunset) the following evening. The most important thing is to eat a light and healthy meal when you come off it.

This week will be my third week on a juice only day. I chose Wednesday but you can choose any day you want. My first Wednesday went really well. I felt amazing the following day and it was great for my will power. I had a few lows point during the day but overall it was fine.

The second week was much harder as we had our Christmas party the night before. I felt terrible the whole day. I was tired and cranky and could not stop thinking about food. Late afternoon I cracked! I broke it on cheese and crackers as that was all I could find. I finished off the day by eating a light salad for dinner. The next day I felt ok but nothing like the first time.

This week I am going into it prepared. Eat lots of healthy living food to take the fast, fresh juice for breakfast and lunch, heaps of water during the day and lunch light meal for dinner to break the fast.

Juice Fast – One day a week
A friend of mine told me about how she is fasting one day a week on juice and water. So I decided to try it for myself and its unbelievable. Not only do you feel amazing the next day, it’s a great detox, helps to lose weight, it’s a good test of will power. I did it for the first time yesterday and will keep posting my progress. I’ve chosen to do it on Wednesday is it breaks up the week and keeps me focused and on track going into the weekend.

low point sweet treats
I am looking for some low point sweet treats.

My saviors are fun size lite mars bars at 2 point each which i freeze so it takes longer to eat. Just make sure you have strong teeth!
