Don't skip breakfast
WW allows you a certain amount of points per day. Like money in the bank (I think more valuable.) All foods, with the exception of rabbit food has a point value. The idea is to spend wisely and eat 3 meals and 3 snacks for the day. My comment came about because I found myself being scared to use my points early in the day in case I was hungry later and didn't have any points left. I'm not a lover of carrot sticks and celery.

Don't skip breakfast
Don't be afraid to use points at breakfast. If you have too few, you run the risk of being too hungry later in the day. This hunger leads to 'grab the first thing that goes past my mouth' eating.Sounds strange that food eaten first thing in the morning can sustain you all day, but try it. It really does work.

12 weeks to Christmas
With 12 weeks to go and 6 kilos to loose, I should reach my goal by Christmas. Any hints on how to keep motivated.
