I am feeling good. I am exercising almost every day now which is a completly new thing for me. I am feeilng like the weight should be coming off faster but that's because I'm comparing this to the last time I dieted when I was by myself. Now I am doing it with my fiance and it is forcing me to make healthy lifestyle changes and not just eat a whole lot less.
My birthday celebration is this weekend. I plan to go on a 10 mile bike ride on Saturday afternoon before I go out so that I can ensure one more workout for the week. If I wait until Sunday it will probably not happen.

Doing good today. I am on point and I am about to have some sugar free chocolate ice cream and get settled in bed. We did not do our normal bike ride around the lake but we rode to the store and back and then made some delicious meatloaf cupcakes. It is delicious. Today we made them teriyaki style and stuffed them with shredded carrots and rice with some teriyaki sauce they were delicious and they are 3 points for a cupcake size serving. I am going to try to add them to my recipes on here before I go to bed.

It is Sunday morning and its raining outside while I lay in bed still. I made some bad choices yesterday at the buffet. I am prepared to turn that all around. We are still planning to do a 10 mile bike ride around the lake today and I need to make up for not lifting weights yesterday. I will carry my water bottle with me everywhere I go today to ensure that I drink enough water.

I didn't not lose as much as I would have liked but I am happy with my choices lately. I know that my hard work will be reflected next week. I just rode my bike for 10 miles last night. That is an amazing accomplishment in itself. I am eating healthy and drinking all my water. This week, my goal is to make it through the weekend without messing up my points. I am dedicated to my goal and eating junky food is just not worth it!

Day 2 of our challenge and I'm feeling good. I am on my way home right now and today, my fiance and I are going on a 10 mile bike ride around the lake near my house. It is fairly flat so it is pretty easy. We will also be doing some weight training when we get home. We have a home gym so it is really easy to do both. I am focusing on my arms, shoulders and back. I am half way through my water for the day so my goal for the afternoon is to finish another 32 oz.
