Day 2 of our challenge and I'm feeling good. I am on my way home right now and today, my fiance and I are going on a 10 mile bike ride around the lake near my house. It is fairly flat so it is pretty easy. We will also be doing some weight training when we get home. We have a home gym so it is really easy to do both. I am focusing on my arms, shoulders and back. I am half way through my water for the day so my goal for the afternoon is to finish another 32 oz.
