I didn't not lose as much as I would have liked but I am happy with my choices lately. I know that my hard work will be reflected next week. I just rode my bike for 10 miles last night. That is an amazing accomplishment in itself. I am eating healthy and drinking all my water. This week, my goal is to make it through the weekend without messing up my points. I am dedicated to my goal and eating junky food is just not worth it!

If you haven't already, measure yourself. It's great to see the inches go down when the scale isn't moving as much as you like.
