Manager at Yara, Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant in Saskatchewan, Canada. I have had a weight problem all my life. My weight continued to rise up to 311+ lbs. I developed type 2 Diabetes and was not managing my blood sugars very well. In 2011, I got determined to change my life style. The program I started was basic food guide and exercise. I weighed 218 May 2012 and then had some health issues in July. I have undergone surgery in April 2013 and just recently have been able to get my program back on track albeit missing the coaches. My goal this year is to get down below 200#.

My interests are computer gaming,internet surfing, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Astronmy, swimming, scuba and golf. I have now added exercise and proper eating. lol.

Married with two girls, one son-in-law, and two grandsons. The cat doesn't belong to me but I do feed it everyday. I have opened the door but it won't go. Dam!

This web site has helped me continue my life style change. It can only help and cant hurt.

Do you record EVERYTHING you do all day long?
No I only count actual workouts, I should change the default to 7 hours sleeping. I actually don't count all the walking at work either. At least not now. In June, I will be working a maintenance outage and will be walking considerabley. So I might count that on this site. My coaches in the last program didnt let me take credit unless it was strenght or cardio.
