I'm back!!! After losing almost 40lbs I found out I was pregnant, now that my baby girl is almost a year old it's time to hit the diet hard!!! I'm soooo ready to lose this weight once and for all! I need to buy a new scale, I have no clue what I weigh, I know it's not good though!! Will record a weigh in soon!! Wish me luck!!!

Haven't been on here for awhile, kinda fell of the wagon for a couple weeks, will weigh in tomorrow to see what the damage is...don't feel like I've gained anything so keeping my fingers crossed!!

The last few days I've eaten a few things I shouldn't have, didn't go over my calories but it still wasn't exactly healthy....back on track now, hopefully when I weigh in tomorrow I haven't gained anything!!! I guess we'll see....weekend are always a little tough, especially BUSY weekends!!

Happy Friday everyone, have a GREAT weekend!!
Have a busy weekend planned, the boys have baseball tournaments Saturday, so that should be fun! Have fruit all cut up and ready to put in the cooler for snacking on! :)

Just got back from a nice little jog, didn't go for long because of the damn mosquitos. Going to have to start doing that every day, it's weird, I like jogging more than I like walking....maybe I can get one of my kids to be my running buddy!! Haha yeah right!! I'm starting to feel better mentally and physically, I have more energy and seem happier, so dieting isn't just about losing weight and getting into shape, I think it's great for the body, mind and soul!! :) Food for thought anyway....
