I ate a breakfast today that was super tasty and also supre healthy. I feel really good about being able to enjoy stuff that I good for me. Now if only I could feel that way when my coworkers walk in with thier McDonalds and I have my beans...

Today was a terrible day. I pretty much survived on Papa John's pizza. It was supposed to be a "Thank You" from my manager at work for all of us doing an amazing job, but I was so busy that I couldn't even take more than about 5 minutes to cram some of it in my mouth. It ended up making my stomach feel upset and make me feel bloated. I'd have loved to eat the nice healthy lunch that I packed, but I just had no time! I know that's an excuse. I tried to redeem the day by coming home and taking a nice bath and drank a martini. Can't wait to go to sleep and start new tomorrow morning. Thank God that tomorrow is always a fresh start!
