I keep allowing myself to cheat... ARGHH. And after I work 12-13 hours straight I have no energy left to work out, which cuts down on the number of days/week I can exercise. I'm so frustrated! I think I've hit a plateau.

Yesterday I was feeling really depressed and down, and I knew in my head that exercise would help with that... releasing endorphins and all of that. But I didn't do it. This morning, I got up and worked out, and today is going to be a much better day, I can feel it!
