weight loss question
yeah, it's normal to see some big drops when starting off. your body is adjusting to the change in your diet. your biggest battle with a low calorie diet is going to be making sure you eating enough (just as demonof2 said). It's really important that you eat nearly every four hours to avoid getting really hungry.

How did you end up with that caloric range?

looking for buddies in Chicago and Central IL
Hey! Let's buddy up and make our goals happen in 2010. I'm a 26 y/o young professional - started off in the consulting field and now I'm working as a corporate analyst. Kept thinking watching my weight was my second priority after my career, and now I'm realizing that fast food isn't a way to fuel a healthy life. I'm not just doing some diet, to me it's a lifestyle changes to live that healthy life.

So with that, I'm open to buddies who are going to keep me in check as I hope to do the same for them!

Egg Yokes
two words: garbage disposal

it seems like a waste, but it's so much cheaper to buy regular eggs than liquid egg whites. also, having that metric of 'one egg white' helps with portion control.
