Low Calorie Choices
Wow what a difference MGD 64 can make in a quest to cut back..Still taste good when Ice Cold and it has help to keep me under my daily caloric intake. It all adds up so fast 1400 may be alot in my bank account but not in caloric intake. Goal for next week is to get back moving 30 min. a day.

Veggies and Fruit
Yep, I think i will start counting the fruits for sure I only each maybe one or two apples a day and probably should eat one before beer !!!!

Veggies and Fruit
My buddy and I are on he Calorie Counting Diet, staying within our 1500 or less mode. We decided since Weight Watchers says Fruits and Veggies are free, we don't count them but we count everythingelse.

Beer
My challange is to find an equation where I can still enjoy the refreshing taste of a cold beer at the end of a long day of work, cleaning, cooking, yard work, grocery shopping and making sure everyone has what they need. Life is too short to cut out everything you love or like, I have cut back on a lot and subsitute a lot but the low carb beer has got to go. When I journal and stick with the FS program online I loose, whenI stray I gain. You think you can track inyour brain, but there is somthing about seeing the numbers in type.
