went to a bbq lst night - and made good choices. no buns for my hotdogs and no pasta or potato salads! ughhhh that was real hard! i did have a drink or two - but who is counting.

OK - finally lost 10 pounds. that was my personal marker to start phase 2! so i had a half of a wheat bagel yesterday! i was sooo happy! it was sooo goooooood .... lol
i have a 4th of july bbq tonight so im eating fruit! look out strawberries - here i come!

im sick today and vomited ALOT - so maybe thats where my wieght loss came from. but i dont care .... i am taking it!

ok maybe im ready for phase 2. the book says if you have NO more craving for sugars - you are ready for phase 2. I wanted to be under a certain weight before i went to phase 2. I think i will just finish out this week on phase 1 then start phase 2 maybe friday. i am so used to phase 1 - i am not sure what i will do! lol

ughhh my wieght is going up and up and up ...
i may cry!
i did have a busy busy weekend. wedding and then birthday party - wasnt a perfect dieter thru it all. must live on celery for the week! LOL
