today was the first day i 'cheated'. the kids are done school so we celebrated by going to the movies. So i had to have popcorn. i didnt eat the whole bucket like i usually would but i did have some! i cant say no to movie popcorn. PS indiana jones was good!

well today was fathers day. we had the family over to our house for dinner. my sister was in charge of bringing desserts. she knows that im dieting but doents know the ins/outs of the SBD so she brought a giant box of strawberries and brownies for the kids. My mother brought a watermelon and pineapple and also a cake (which luckily my dog when we werent looking).
UGH UGHHHHHH
I am still on phase one - just a few days to go. I was good. It was really tough not eating the pineapple. I LOVE PINEAPPLE.

i was worried i didnt lose any weight but i did. i was slightly discouraged yesterday. but im good!
