GO ME !
working and dieting isnt has tough as i thought it would be. i am packing my dinners and many snacks. I am starting week 2 tomorrow and i feel im doing great. week 1 was real hard!!! Im not as hungry and i get full much quicker.

OMG! yesterday was sooo tough. i had to chaperone at my daughters dance and all there was to snack on was CARBS - cakes, pretzels, chips ............ i thought i would die. I know it sounds pathetic but i ate a snowcone with no juice on it. so i basically ate ice! lol
