There are a lot of folks here who MASTER soups so thank you for the inspiration. Tonight's dinner (without following a recipe!)
Oriental Rice Noodle soup w/Shrimp
Low sodium chicken broth, Pad Thai rice noodles, Shrimp sauteed in Mongolian Fire oil, oriental vegs, chopped ginger, mushrooms, green onion, soy sauce, dash of Chinese 5 spice, sesame

Even though I log meals and activities EVERY day, I had stopped logging my water intake for some reason. I guess I keep forgetting.
So, sitting here sipping on booch thinking about logging water daily realizing today was a water day indeed!
96 oz. with lemon (all day)
8 oz. Yogi Passion fruit green matcha tea (with lunch)
8 oz. hot water w/lemon (after work)
8 oz. Yogi Chai Rooibos (before bed)
I know I don't need this much water on any given day, but I feel good.
