My goal weight has become just a number to me.
I can't begin to explain how GOOD I've felt for quite some time!
That's what is important to me. Of course the lower numbers are feeling great, not gonna lie, but I really do feel good.
The end goal weight that I haven't set yet will be there just to remind me what a "normal" weight should be for a female my height. Nothing more.
My health journey is my main focus.
I'm no longer diabetic and my BP has been normal for years with no meds.
My outlook on health has changed dramatically.
I get excited about activities/exercise. I push myself to do more. I read and gather information about health/recipes/fitness. That was NOT me years ago.
I feel stronger, happier. Heck, even things like memory, sharpness, flexibility has improved.
Every day is a good day even if life isn't nice sometimes.
I love seeing success here on FS. Keep at it, keep pushing, stay motivated.
Your health is worth it.

I thought this was cool. The other day when I was prepping salads, I placed a hard-boiled egg in my chopper and discovered it was a double-yolker!
I've cracked open plenty of double yolked eggs but not this way. Just thought it was cool!

Snack tonight
Mission carb balance crackers with sardines & cheeses.
For those of you who like crackers and are counting carbs, these crackers are SO easy to make! A handy dandy pizza cutter will allow you to make cracker size slices with ease. These are a lot of fun to make. Flavor with any spice you like, really. Sometimes we use Mrs. Dash's garlic & herb, Old Bay, parm cheese, cayenne, everything bagel...
Before I got an air fryer, these were made in my toaster oven 400 degrees for about 15 min. Tonight I tried them in the air fryer and they were even better. So crisp!
