Weight stayed the same all last week. A little discouraging.

Back on track again from the "sheperd's pie" the other night. Lost .5 pounds.....but still at 193 on the FS scale. I'm going to have to do something special - just for me when I hit 180.

Went off the diet a little last night. Had THE BEST Sheperd's Pie at the French Laundry in Fenton. Need to find a recipe to make a "turkey" version. Still - even though I went off track a little, I'm still doing well. Back to the oatmeal this AM!

Did well yesterday - perhaps a little too well. I need to maintain an even calorie count. Yesterday was hectic and no time for lunch or dinner. Ate "on-the-run" all day. Need to keep my protein up!
