Over Weighing yourself
I am only going to weigh myself once a week (Monday mornings). Weight fluctuates day to day based on water retention, etc. I started using fat secret two weeks ago and have found what really hold me accountable is using the food journal after every meal. I can track how many calories I have eaten and compare it to calories burned. If I have taken in more than I have burned after dinner...I try to get a little more exercise to change that. It helps to think about what I am actually putting in my body.
