So over the past two days, my diet has consisted of way too much fat!! its intersting acutally keeping track and seeing what you are eating. I thought that the sierra turkey sandwhich from panera was a good choice but apparently it has way more fat in it than i thought!

I started the Atkins Induction, last week today. The first week was terribly hard, and a huge change for me. I'm feeling really motivated right now since I have been exercising, feeling less hungry and feeling fewer cravings latly.
I know I can do this because I survived this weekend with the biggest temptations ever! Saturday and Sunday I had to watch people eating cake! It was horrible, but I survived. I know its terrible, but to make myself feel better, I just pictured everyone else getting fat and me being looking good in a bathing suit!!
I dont know how much weight I've lost so far, probably not very much, but I am optimistic. The color on the ketosis strips is starting to turn pink as well :)

Blah, I just ate too much this week. Its hard to lessen my junky food habits. When I eat less, i just want more of it. I need to start eating more salads and fruits and veggies. Less bread, cheese and ice cream!
