Since I still weight the same, i'm really going to try to cut out fat.. that must be the problem keeping me from losing weight. Either that or its because i did a spinning class last night and my muscles are still recovering?? hardly likely though!

Doing out the math of the calorie deficts, i should have lost 3 pounds by now! but somehow ive only lost 1. I dont really understand what the matter is. I must be eating too much fat still! grr im weighing in tomorrow morning and hopefully i will have lost atleast another pound.

I hiked the Tuckermans trail on Mt. Washington this weekend with my boyfriend and my dad. We planned on skiing the bowl but there was too high an avalanche danger so we skiied hillmans highway instead. This is basically an all day hike plus my pack weighed 30 pounds with skiis and all so I burned alot of calories. Good way to kick start a healthier month of May. Im hoping to finally start taking this seriously and lose some weight!! Quit talking and start doing. School will be out, so I will have plently of free time on my hands to get to the gym. Still need to work on the fat intake and up the protein intake.

getting better with the fat intake but i still need to cut it down a bit more and get more protein in my diet. never a problem with carbs!
