i'm 68 yr old retired nurse. clearlly ,obese some arthritis and high blood pressure . as i am now retired ;i really have no excuse to not get a handle on my weight . i am certinly not too busy haha
just need to stick with it when i plateau ,as i always do . yhat is hardto do for me.
also need to up my activity level too

Intermittent Fasting
my problem is that when i start eating carbs (bread etc) i can't stop. one peanut butter on toast turns to 4. one piece od french bread turns into a loaf. etc . i have the same problem with cigaretts. one turs into a pack /day . once even quit for 15yrs . addiction . blaa. good that i never did alcohol or drugs i guess.

Coffee good for weight loss?
well caffeine will jack you up but if you stop cold turkey; you will get the headache from hell from caffrine withdrawl. i know that from experience!!!
