Ok, finally the scale is moving in the right direction! I think that a few days ago I finally hit my last straw with feeling fed up with myself and lack of motivation. I still have a long way to go but if I keep focused and paced the way I am right now there's nothing I can't accomplish. I hope you are all doing well!!!

This is AWFUL. I need to snap out of it.
I'm trying to think of this as a motivational thing instead of a self sabotaging thing. This is the highest not pregnant I've been in 5 or 6 years? This isn't ok. I don't move at all. Cardio: 15 minutes minimum. I know that's not even the recommended minimum but I have to get up and move. Anything over that will prove I am really ready to do something instead of just flapping my flabby jowls. Eww. Eww. Eww.

OMB! (Oh My Bieber, haha) Yesterday sucked! Such a bingemaster but I actually recorded it instead of ignoring it. I have to break the cycle somewhere! I have another chest cold and it's hard to breath. What a yucky feeling. Well, today so far so good:)
