Another 1/2 a lb. woo-hoo! I'm lowering my fat intake. I lose more and it stays off better when I eat less fat. Less fat is less calories. I've never been a low carb girl. I can lose a lot quickly but as soon as I start eating them again I lose control. I eat primarily a ovo-lacto vegetarian diet, i don't like to say i'm vegetarian anymore because I will eat fresh fish a few times a year, but that's it. More recently I've been a junkfoodatarian, consuming only super processed crap and feeling the same. I need to work harder on just eating a healthy and balanced diet. (With at least half of it being fruits and vegetables, if I can!) If I stick with it, it becomes habit and WILL work for me.

Major breakdown day. My first 2 weigh in's had me up another 1/2 a pound. I knew I had kept myself in check so it kind of threw me into that yucky bad place. The 3rd time and the rest after were all about .4 lbs down so even though it's not even a half a pound it's better there be a loss than a gain. Sometimes I'm just filled with so much self hate. I used to be a strong person, or so I thought. My poor husband would do anything to see me happy. He deserves that but I guess that doesn't do much until I feel the same. I will work on this.

Exercised this morning again. My legs are killing me but it's such a good pain. My butt too. Ouch! Hopefully this is something I can keep up. It takes effort. I think I do want it though. Deep down.
