Hey everybody, glad to see everyone doing great -
I am having real good success when I eat a limited number of foods and worse when I experiment with too many -
Good foods have been rotisserie chicken, chicken wings, fish baked, shrimp , broccoli, onions, salads with ranch and the fixings , hard boiled eggs, steakburgers, steak, corn, asparagus , whipped cream, almonds, hot chocolate mix, watermelon, strawberries, limited bananas, hamburger, slaw, cabbage, bacon, sausage, peppers, stirfries, soups with no starch, tomato and every variation (salsa, tomato sauce) - I drink coke zero and unsweet tea and realize that the caffiene will get rid of water - I enjoy the flavor and just can't get rid of it - You just can't overdo it for health reasons -
The experimentation can drive me crazy but I really like to try other foods also - I know going back to the good foods will always take me back to where I want to be -
Food is fuel and nothing else - It can taste good but in the end it is nutrition and that's it -
For me , simpler is better and I will have to deal with making the proteins and fruits as many different ways as I can -

Back to work yesterday -
I had a salad with ranch and rotisserie chicken with ranch dressing -
I had chicken and broccoli stir fried along with diet soda , water -
I had a bunch fluids yesterday -
The salt in food has been bothering me a lot so cutting down on that also -

I haven't posted for awhile - I went to wash dc and richmond va for vacation, guys vacation, family couldn't go - They couldn't keep up with me lol -
Besides missing them and wishing they were there, it was one of the best trips I've ever had -
Bill, sorry I didn't get to say hi, time was so short and I really wanted to cross paths in the future -
I saw dale jr race , hasn't raced in a long time - didn't know that would happen -
I saw declaration of independence - didn't know that would happen -
I met a person whose company sends stuff up to the space station and didn't know that would happen -
I got to see the national cemetery arlington - didn't know that would happen -
I got to see the george washington estate - didn't know that would happen -
I got pit passes for the races - didn't know that would happen -
I got to do many things that I didn't know would happen -
I gained about a pound but did the best I could with eating -
I really was in good shape to walk around -
Not weighing for a week I really didn't know where I would stand -
I ate pretty good , had some miller lite beer, water, potato salad, brisket dry , jambalaya, celery , carrots, coke zero, granola raisin bran cereal, milk , rotisserie chicken, st louis style ribs dry , beef nubs from rural king (try them) ate mostly our own food to control what we ate -

Getting back on track - got rid of bad pretzels and rice , which I never eat anymore - Best of luck to all of you hurricane area folks, families, friends,
pets etc - Hang in there - Hopes and prayers are for you all - Not forgetting about fire ravaged California, or other states, or Hawaii with volcanoes, its own hurricane , really praying for everyone in the whole world being ravaged - OMG , I didn't realize the scope of stuff out there at this point -

I have no explanation but balanced eating - I was chicken to not enter weight but only not true to thyself - It is a point in time - I always in my whole life float back to 200 or 205 , always - I was seeing if I could push it to the 190 or 180s, really 185-190 is perfect-
This weekend the bad chinese got me, too much rice and fried sticky chinese food got me - Of course, I ate it , so there -
I always thought of myself as a leader, and not so much now - That is what I feel worst about -
I will just watch food better each day - I am getting plenty of exercise and got to get rid of some stress -
Besides that, sucking it up -
WE ALL CAN DO IT - GETTING THROUGH THE ROUGH PATCHES -
