This past week wasn't the best that I have ever done. I'm not going to dwell on it, just move on and continue my efforts to make a new life style and feel better about myself as a person. I will work to learn more tips and tricks to not grab to closest thing to me to chow down on, but actually think about what to put into my body.

Went shopping today for the first time since I started my healthy eating lifestyle. Rice, lean meat, watermelon, bell pepper and eggs... Not too bad considering I was starving!! Found some no sugar added mint chocolate chip ice cream... we'll see if its a substitute for the real stuff. I will make sure my next visit to the store includes more veggies :)

Overall, I would rate my success this week at a 75%. I know, still average right? I feel its an accomplishment since I was on a quick spiraling downhill with my weight and health. Seven days ago I was at the heaviest I have ever been in my life!! Now I am 7 pounds lighter be moving and making better choices with what I put in my body. I need to take care of myself NOW, not later... first before I try to take care of everything and everybody else. I like me too much to throw me away!! Cheers
