Official after Thanksgiving weigh in and I have gained 4 pounds! This puts me back in the 230's, actual weight 232.2. So I have to start over. We were out of town over Thanksgiving, I did my best but options are limited when you are traveling. I did realize that another food I can add to my "stay away from because you cant contol yourself" is Popcorn. I eat it air popped, no butter, so I thought "that is a healthy light snack". Nope not for me because I eat a tub or 2 of it. At last I know now, no more popcorn for me. So I am back on a mission to get back in to the 220's infact I am rasing the stakes, my next goal is 219! I have to do this because I got rid of all my "big" clothes. I am not going back and I have nothing to wear if I gain weight. Ther is no turning back!

Weighed in at 229.0 this morning!! Finally in the 220's. It actually does not make sence to me. I loose at rate of about 1 lb per week. However in the last 1.5 weeks I have dropped 6 lbs, seems to fast to me. I also have been eating like a horse and still feel hungry all of the time. The last 2 days I hit 2500 calories and did no exercise, 2500 is what I burn on a low active day, so theoretically I should not loose any weight on those days. However earlier this week. I worked out a ton. My weight is dropping, my daily calories needed are dropping because of the weight loss and my exercise is more intense and more often. Could it be that I finally have fired up my metabolism??? It is really puzzling, but I wont complain, as I'll take any weight loss (big or small).

Down to 230.8 which was an unexpected drop. I was really hungry yesterday, I could never seem to get satisfied. I was under a lot of work stress yesterday though. So hopefully today will be better. Only 1 pound until I am in the 220's, the last time I was in the 220's was 10 years ago and I did not stay there long. So I am eager to get to the 220's and beyond!
