Hi, I am 24 years old. For years I have hate lots of junk and it never afftected me, but I am getting older and I have gained the pounds!!
I am not very motivated when it comes to the gym so I am aiming to reduce my calorie intake enough to slowly lose excess weight. I joined on 08/10/2010 weighing 140 pounds and in two weeks I have lost 4.5lb.
My aim is to get to 126lbs for christmas - So i have to lose 9lb in 9 which I think is acheivable.
If the weight loss slows down I will resort to the gym lol.
