Hi, I am 24 years old. For years I have hate lots of junk and it never afftected me, but I am getting older and I have gained the pounds!!
I am not very motivated when it comes to the gym so I am aiming to reduce my calorie intake enough to slowly lose excess weight. I joined on 08/10/2010 weighing 140 pounds and in two weeks I have lost 4.5lb.

My aim is to get to 126lbs for christmas - So i have to lose 9lb in 9 which I think is acheivable.
If the weight loss slows down I will resort to the gym lol.

Hi Vackerman, what Zumba DVD do you use? I am looking for some good workout dvds as I never do the gym but I am hoping I can get 30 mins excercise every other day with a dvd. Any recommendations?

Where is everyone from?
Hi, I live in Sheffield, England. I am 25 years old and work full time as an accounts assistant. I do pretty much all my shopping in Asda (Wal-Mart). I dont have much time to shop around, so Asda is convenient, I can pick everything up there and it tends to be cheaper than the butchers ot local grocers.

@kstublefield I have now introduced drinking alot of water and too have become naturally very thirsty. Funny isnt it, how the more water you drink, the more you want...
I never used to drink water, just coke and coffee..

How to calulate calories burnt in workout??
Hi, I have just done a 40 minute (including warm up) cardio kick workout for the Davina Super Body Workout, but I am not sure how many calories that will have burnt. I have imputted it as calisthenics heavy but not sure if that is very accurate. Is there somewhere I can get a accurate idea of calories burnt? Thanks Smile

Coke is also my worst enemy!! I used to drink 3-5 cans a day! I have cut coke out completely, even coke zero as I dont like that anyway. Good luck everyone Smile
