I have had a weight problem most of my life until about nine years ago when I finally stopped using fad diets and started counting calories. I have lost 115 pounds over the decades and now at 117 pounds for past three years - goal weight 108 pounds. I want to achieve this weight because I am a 70 year old full-time caregiver for my 97 years old mother and now up close and personal I see the role of being the proper weight plays in longevity and mobility. I am recently dealing with eating more and saw this website as a tool to keep me on track.
