Need to weigh myself but waiting until Friday to keep the same weigh day. Honestly, also hoping two more days will give me opportunity to make up for all the poor choices I've made over the last week or so. 😉. Feeling bad yesterday and today, like i have zero energy and my eyes want to close! Finally looked on Internet to see if the meds I've been taking have negative drug interactions. Turns out zzzquil has 734 drug interactions, and 2 of which I'm taking! Feeling better now that I have an answer for why I'm feeling this way. No more zzzquil for me! Have also slacked off in the exercise department and am trying to talk myself into getting to the gym. I know, logically, that I'll feel better after I work out, but it's a mental challenge to get there! Hopefully the next time i check in i can say that I went....no, not hopefully.....absolutely!!! 💪💪💪

Had a feeling the scale would show a big loss...thank goodness. Continuing to stay true to exercise plan AND make smart food choices. Also have limited my alcohol consumption to the weekend, not that I was overdoing it, but the extra calories are unnecessary, and I like waking up more clear-headed to start my day off right. Overall, eating more fruit and vegies, and limiting wheat products and carbs, especially at the end of the day.
