Weight has been creeping up over the last couple of years and having given up smoking 3 months ago need to shift a few pounds !! I'm active and walk a minimum of 4 miles a day but I'm also a chef by trade so surrounded by all the good things. Plan on cutting down on the booze, reduce calorie intake and carbohydrates consumed and increase exercise. Oh well here goes nothing.
